Olga has over 20 years’ experience in the payments industry, having worked on both the merchant and provider sides. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in business development, commercial leadership, and payments strategy. Olga’s expertise spans across a wide range of areas, including card acquiring, APM processing, payment infrastructure development for emerging markets, co-brand card issuing, card network tokenization, Open Banking, and Payments Orchestration.

As the Payments Director at Flutter International, Olga is responsible for the payments infrastructure of two global online gaming brands. She manages payments vendor relationships and operations while leading various strategic initiatives to optimize payment processes and ensure scalability, compliance, and innovation across markets.
