I'm Nicole Bianchi, a Product Leader currently serving as VP of Product at Chip, a FinTech app dedicated to helping build wealth for our generation. With a speciality in working in scale up level businesses, I play a pivotal role in shaping Chip's product strategy, am accountable for the execution of the strategy, and drive consistent growth and scaling in the business.  

I have a passion for building products that are excellent, and more importantly, building teams of outstanding Product people. I'm a strong advocate for inclusion within tech and fintech, mentoring the next wave of talent in the sector and trying to foster a more equitable playing field in the Financial space.
