Kevin Fulton manages the payments ecosystem for card-not-present transactions at Synapse Group Inc. This includes optimizing the consumer experience at the point of sale, managing customer order and billing notifications (both digital and print), analyzing credit card approval/decline rates, and implementing fraud and chargeback prevention strategies. Kevin also manages and analyzes the impact of alternative payment methods across the Synapse offer platform.  Kevin has been with Synapse Group Inc. for over 15 years in both marketing and payment leadership roles.
