Keli is the Payment Strategy Manager at Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Atlantic Holidays, a role that she has relished for the past 2 and half year as she has managed the implementation of a new orchestration platform and also the contracting of a number of new payment suppliers. Prior to joining the airline world Keli spent over 15 years working in payments arena covering acquiring, gateway, orchestration and fraud, working for companies such as Barclaycard, Verifone and ACI in customer facing Sales and Account Management Roles. She loves to see innovation in the payment space and believes that payments really are key to the success of a business, driving customer loyalty and attracting new customers to a brand.
