Jason Doebrich, the Vice President of Technology at Virgin Hotels, the luxury lifestyle brand by Sir Richard Branson, is a visionary leader driving the brand's growth and innovation in the technology realm. With over 20 years of excellence in leadership within information technology services, Jason's expertise spans executive management, compliance, system architecture, cyber, applications and project management.

Before joining Virgin Hotels, Jason spent 13 impactful years at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. There, he led a substantial team overseeing IT support for operational hotels, spearheading development projects, and contributing to the successful launch of several world-class properties. Prior to this, Jason played a pivotal role in overseeing technology at Morgan’s Hotel Group, serving as the Regional Director of Technology. In this role, he managed technology for three renowned South Beach Hotels (Delano, Mondrian, & Shore Club), including multiple restaurants, spas, bars, and lounges.

Doebrich holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Florida State University. A past president of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) South Florida Chapter, Jason actively contributes as a Board Member for the University of South Florida’s Cybersecurity for Executive Certificate Program.
