Hi everyone. I'm Jamie, the Head of Trust Science at Deliveroo. For the past four years, I've been fighting the good fight against fraud working as both a Staff Data Scientist IC and now as a manager. This has provided me with a range of experience from dealing with the trials and tribulations that come with developing new fraud solutions to overcoming the challenges of trying to define and coordinate Deliveroo's entire strategy to tackling fraud. Some work that I'm proud of includes overhauling Deliveroo's compensation abuse controls, introducing Science based controls in multiple new fraud problem spaces, and redefining how we think about fraud tradeoffs at Deliveroo. I'm really excited to be a part of the Fraud Leaders' Summit and I hope we can learn a lot from each other and innovate together.
