ACI’s Jackie Barwell is a seasoned payments and fraud expert with over four decades of experience in the field of financial crime. She joined ACI Worldwide as part of the acquisition of Retail Decisions in 2014. Jackie is responsible for ensuring that ACI’s market leading Payments Intelligence solutions are fit for purpose, in light of a fast-changing fraud landscape and regulatory environment.
Jackie has almost 40 years’ experience within the financial crime arena. Before joining Retail Decisions, Jackie was SVP and Head of Global Fraud Management at Citigroup and was also the Director of Fraud for International Markets at First Data.
Jackie is an experienced public speaker and has been promoting inclusivity within the payments industry for many years. She is a founding member of the UK’s Fraud Women’s network, currently in its 16th year of operations.
