She has 15 years experience within the retail fraud and loss prevention industry and with her current role has delved into the world of payments.
With her team of Fraud and Payment Analysts, She is responsible for all things fraud and payments within AllSaints and our AllSaints Group partner John Varvatos. This includes ensuring a smooth customer experience whilst preventing fraud and reducing any friction. Focusing on genuine customers whilst quickly identifying fraudulent ones. Maintain a below industry average of Chargebacks, Claims and Decline rates whilst delivering a luxury brand experience with every contact and to protect the business from risk and revenue loss.
As much as it is it fun to fight and catch fraudsters, her interest in fashion is also fed by AllSaints. Her passion is to keep up with the latest trends and having sneak peaks at new collections- Go check the latest spring/summer range, a little promo pitch there!
