Fatma joined Consult Hyperion in 2023 with over a decade of experience in the payment industry.

Working with issuers, acquirers, and main payment authorities, and alongside a multi-cultural team of experts around the globe to deliver certification and advisory services not only to ensure compliance but also to enable digital transformation in the payment space.

She has led multi-disciplinary engineering teams providing card, mobile and terminal testing services and onsite support to stakeholders across the financial services industry. Focussing on quality of service she has maintained a number of deep customer relationships. As a Mastercard card specification expert, she brings experience in communicating, educating and collaborating with stakeholders about new and updated rules and specifications.

Fatma now works alongside a team of senior consultants to provide clients with advisory services in the payment sector. Responsible for EMV requirements analysis and implementation support for payments authorities, delivering support for open banking implementations and expanding her expertise in the field of Open Finance and Open Data.

Fatma holds a particular interest in the way new technologies and innovation can foster financial inclusion.
