Featured in the Innovate UK Women in FinTech Powerlist 2023, Claire Conby brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of TradFi and FinTech business and risk management roles, including within start-ups, and has a strong opportunistic and business-focused mindset.

Having made the transition to FinTech in 2018, Claire is passionate about the potential to transform the payments landscape into a digital experience, leveraging new technologies and capabilities, whilst also recognising the importance of financial inclusion.

In addition to being our Founder, Claire also co-founded OneStep Financial - a company that streamlines micro-payments and associated back-office processes through programmability, with a focus on incentive and reward payouts; and is Executive Director at the Digital Pound Foundation, an active member-led organisation that advocates for a well-designed digital Pound, in both public and private forms
