Andrei Skorobogatov is the Head of International and Telecommunications Fraud in the Fraud Policy Unit at the Home Office. He has responsibility for tackling fraud enabled by telecommunications and for fraud coming from overseas, as well as working closely with international partners to prevent it occurring in the first place. This includes organising the Global Fraud Summit, which took place in March 2024. Andrei has worked in fraud for over 3 years and has worked on many areas, including the Fraud Strategy, Online Safety Act, Public-Private Partnerships, Legislation, AI, Future of Fraud, Victim Support, Regulatory Affairs and others.
